Manchester United although winning 4-0 couldn't stop Chelsea claiming the title.

Premier Leauge Champions 2010

So it all comes down to this, the last game of the season. All 37 games played, just to get to this point. It's now a two horse race. Chelsea and Manchester United. Who will ultimately be crowned 2010 Barclay's Premier League Champions?

So here's how it is. Chelsea are first with 83 points, and Manchester united are one point behind in second with 82 points.
For Chelsea to be crowned champions they must either beat Wigan at home or only draw to Wigan providing Manchester loose. On the other hand for Manchester United to pick up the coveted title, they have win at stoke, as Chelsea have a much higher goal difference than them.

So are Chealsea going to beat Wigan? Ultimately i think they will. Although Wigan on their day can be a great team, they have lacked consistency throughout the season. Chelsea at home have looked incredibly strong and i can't see them loosing to this,at times, mediocre opposition.

But if by some sheer chance wigan overcome chelsea or keep them to a draw, Manchester United will be in good position to take the title. I predict United will beat Stoke quite comfortably, Stokes style of football relies upon its opposition playing the ball in the air, where they use there physical, Ariel players to win header tackles etc. Manchester's crisp, quick, clean style of football won't suite them at all. This coupled with Stokes current run of bad results will almost certainly grant United with the Win.

So then, who will win? What do you think?
One thing's for certain. We'll defiantly no about about 5:45 tomorrow.
